The HR Department recruits, develops and protects the Company’s most valuable asset – its employees! We are dedicated to attracting, retaining, and supporting a diverse workforce in order to meet the needs of our Customers.

Our HR Department is a business partner, working with all departments and managers on all aspects relating to our people - from Recruitment to Retirement and everything in between! We have developed valuable HR Processes and Policies to support the business strategy which comply with employment legislation. We also contribute towards Global HR initiatives and projects from start up to roll out.

We support all Departments, Directors, Managers and Employees – we have a touch point with the whole business.

HR also oversees the work of our Facilities Department which maintains and manages the fabric of our buildings including utilities and all the equipment associated with these. The department works with all our departments and managers to provide a safe, clean and resilient working environment.

Sarah Crone, Payroll Administrator

I have been with Ingenico for just over a year and half as Payroll Administrator. My main responsibility is ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries but I also look after non-monetary initiatives which include introducing new benefits for our staff. This is a very rewarding part of my role as I get to see the positive impact that this has for our employees.

The HR department door is always open and this leads to anyone dropping by with questions, from senior management to new employees. I enjoy the whole process of seeing someone start with the company and watching them progress and flourish.We also have a strong focus on social responsibility within Ingenico and encourage all our staff to get involved.

During my time with Ingenico, I’ve learned about cross team projects and become more confident in my own abilities in these situations. The projects are forever changing and adapting, so you have to learn to work with that and become adaptable yourself. All in all it leads to a very changeable and exciting workplace!
