In any organisation, the Sales Department plays a pivotal role in the success of the business. Our team works hard to understand our customer’s needs aligning them with the products and services that Ingenico provides, helping our customers to focus on what is important to them – their business.

The Marketing department is responsible for market analysis, product marketing, internal and external communications and events. All of the activities of the Marketing department are designed to promote the high quality, marketing leading products and services provided by Ingenico in what is a complex, dynamic, fast moving and ultra-competitive market.

Russell Masterton, Senior Account Manager

My role as Senior Account Manager means that I am the main contact point for a number of our key partners and I work with them to help them understand how Ingenico’s products and services can grow their business.I frequently travel to visit customers across the UK as well as abroad and will often be in a different place each week.

In the seven years that I have worked at Ingenico, I have learned a lot about the payments industry which is both exciting and constantly changing. It is driven by technology and some of the advances I’ve seen and continue to see are just amazing.

As a global company we have a very diverse workforce so the chance to interact with lots of very different people has been a real highlight for me.The team spirit within the Sales team and the wider business is excellent. People are always keen to help each other and share knowledge and experience.

Leila Van Herbert, Account Manager

I have worked at Ingenico for four and half years where I am currently an Account Manager. I am responsible for the success of the relationship with our customers and work to support and enable their business growth in this rapidly changing consumer landscape.

My typical day includes meetings and engaging with customers to discuss existing services, new products and payments innovation. However, I have learnt that there is so much more to the enhancement of commerce projects and that it is not just to do with hardware and software. The real value is in how projects are delivered to customers with outstanding planning and execution through a consultative approach.

In my experience, the expertise and knowledge across Ingenico’s teams is industry leading but most importantly, it is a great team to work with. The strong relationships that we have internally mean that we can deliver a great service to our customers.
